A software/services company with a strong project business (time tracking in Jira) wants to insource its outsourced DATEV accounting. The heterogeneous tool landscape needs to be consolidated.

With the introduction of NetSuite, accounting was integrated, partially automated, and now enables real-time insights and analyses. Project employees' time entries are continuously imported via an API interface to Jira and mapped to project records via the NetSuite component SuiteProjects. This setup enables effective controlling and smooth billing of project business. Training and operational support round out in2M's range of services.
International consolidation of system landscape

An internationally diversified company in the software/service sector with over 10 (national) subsidiaries and product families wants to consolidate its heterogeneous system landscape, including partially outsourced accounting.
Implementation by in2M
With the introduction of NetSuite, accounting was fully integrated, partially automated, and now enables consolidated insights and analyses across all companies in real time. Multi-Book functionality was set up for local and international accounting standards, as well as tax accounting. Customer contracts are handled via the contract management component SuiteBilling. A consistent process for project management is ensured by SuiteProjects. HR data is synchronized via an API interface to Personio. This setup enables effective controlling and smooth billing of project business. Training and operational support round out in2M's range of services.
